Jest zasadnicza różnica, bo ból dupy/butthurt jest alegorią dla pewnych zachowań, natomiast hater/hejter jasno określa powody zachowań. Dla niektórych może to być nowość, ale istnieje polskie określenie, jest nim nienawistnik. Tylko, że to już brzmi zbyt radykalnie, prawda? Osoba, która "rzuca hejterami" tu i ówdzie, w swoim mniemaniu dyskredytując oponentów, sama naraziłaby się na śmieszność twierdząc, że ludzie nienawidzą jej/jej twórczości.
Nie mam nic przeciwko makaronizmom dopóki nie nadużywa się ich lub nie wypacza znaczeń, a niestety tak jest w przypadku "hejtera". Tak czy siak, powodzenia przy przedefiniowaniu znaczenia słowa nienawistnik.
